Ingredients
1 large sized potato
1 onion
1 tbsp MDH Chaat Masala
2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 Rani Black Salt
2 cups sprouted moong beans
1 tomato
1 cucumber
1 green chilli
1/2 cup coriander leaves
Method:
Boil the potatoes. Cool peel and dice. Steam the sprouted moong in a pressure cooker. Drain excess water and chill. Peel and chop onion. Finely chop tomatoes and cucumbers.
Finely chop green chillis and coriander leaves. In a large bowl mix all ingrediants together.
Just before serving season with Chaat Masala, lemon juice and black salt. Serve chilled and garnished with coriander leaves.
