1/2 medium sizes chinese cabbage
8-10 flat beans
For Dressing: 1/2 tsp sesame seeds
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1tbls honey
1 tbls vegetable oil
salt to taste
Rani Black Pepper Ground to taste
Rani Chilli Crushed to taste
Method:
Clean and wash chinese cabbage. Wash and trim the flat beans into three pieces. Peel and cut carrots into half lengthwise and thinly slice.
Wash, halve, dessed and cut capsicum into half inch sized triangles. Dry roast seasame seeds, cool and crush them a little.
For dressing take all the ingredients in an airtight containers and shake so that they mix well. Toss the prepared vegetables and steamed rice in a salad bowl with the dressing and serve crisp.
